Please note that our normal shelter hours are Monday and Friday, noon to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, noon to 7 p.m. and Saturday, noon to 3 p.m. Please feel free to leave a message if you cannot call during these hours. During “off” hours the staff is very busy providing care to the animals and will return your call as soon as possible.

Directions:
From Highway 41, take the Prospect Avenue/Hwy BB exit. Turn west onto Prospect Ave/Hwy BB (if you are coming from 41 North, this would be a left turn) and go two miles. The new FVHA shelter is at the corner of Hwy BB and Two Mile Road.
